Worry-Free Corporate Travel
We offer dispatch assuredness! When you book your ride to the airport with us, we take over -- advising you of the best travel time and route in order to get you to the plane on time.
Always in Touch -- Our fully-trained, experienced and helpful staff constantly monitor flight arrivals, traffic conditions and weather. Your reservation is top priority and remains so. We maintain regular radio and phone contact with drivers, so everyone is kept in the loop.
Morning Trips -- All morning trips are dispatched and confirmed with drivers the day before.
Local Pickups -- For local client pickups, the driver checks in one hour prior with dispatch – and arrives 15 minutes before the trip.
Airport/City Pickups -- We require a two hour check in from our drivers for all airport and NYC trips and they are instructed to be on location 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. There's never a worry that your ride won't be there! Many companies charge an extra fee for "Meet and Greet" at the airports but with Flag Star you are only charged the parking fee at the airport. All flights are monitored and schedules are updated to reflect actual flight arrivals so you never have to worry about excessive wait charges at any airports.
Need to cancel? -- Our Cancellation Policy is very simple. Just notify us at least one hour prior to all local pick-ups and two hours prior to all airport and NYC cancellations. This policy represents the “last minute” for us, so we do hold tightly to this minimum notice.
