Clients call to make a reservation
Flagstar sends multiple confirmations -- Once you've made a reservation Flagstar will send you an email confirmation. Then as a failsafe precaution, our booking agent also hand-writes a back-up of your reservation. This way if there is ever a power failure we won't lose track of when and where you are supposed to go.
Flight Verification -- Next we verify the accuracy of the flight reservations (Time/Airport/Terminal) and double check all work. This means no worry for you -- and your assistant can breathe easy too.
Special Requests -- We happily address special requests. And, if you have a favorite driver we'll do our best to assign him to you.
Reconfirmation -- We reconfirm your travel plans via email or phone the day before your trip with both you and your driver.
